It has been a busy summer at Heartland Estates with the sale of lot 5 and the construction of a custom home by Jacob's Construction to break ground any day. The pending sale of lot 4 is moving forward and should close in the next month. The trees lining the cul-de-sac have done well this hot dry summer with some help from weekly watering when required.
