Construction of the new show home on lot 13 has started. Below is a picture of the basement excavation. Stay tuned for more updates!  Paving is completed for accessibility in phase II lots!! Have a look at the new video below. It is another beautiful fall with all the spender of the leaves changing and the wonderful country views. It has been a busy year at Heartland Estates with the sale of lots 1 and 6, we are looking forward as the new residents construct their forever home in the development.
