Hi Everyone It has been a busy summer at Heartland Estates with the sale of lot 5 and the construction of a custom home by Jacob's Construction to break ground any day. The pending sale of lot 4 is moving forward and should close in the next month. The trees lining the cul-de-sac have done well this hot dry summer with some help from weekly watering when required.  The acreage properties were listed for sale at the end of October 2014 and the response has been overwhelming with the sale of Lot 7 in December and a pending sale on Lot 4 in January 2015, we look forward to construction on these lots in the spring.
With the seasons changing and Fall upon us the shade trees comprising of Sherbert Cherry, Foothills Ash, Dropmore Linden, and Prairie Sky Poplar lining the Cul-de-sac have shed their leaves for the winter.
